Review: Ocinium Bio- Ferment Enzyme Cleanse

Hi,
happy Sunday everyone! I'm here today with another review. I know it's been ages since I wrote the last one so I feel like it's about the time now. Haha.
Ever since I moved to Sydney (it's been 4 months already) I was all about Australian brands. It's such a good feeling to discover new things you never seen before in Europe. And all I have to say- everything I tried so far was in such a good quality and never disappointed me.
Let's move to the point now. In this blog post I would like to introduce you my new favourite luxury Australian skincare brand- Ocinium. I didn't get a chance to try all of the products yet but I am confident to say that it's worth investing your money. By the way, all of their line is organic which is always a bonus.
Ocinium ECDYSIS Bio- Ferment Enzyme Cleanse
Price- $70
You can buy it here
Benefits:

  • Purifies skin to remove surface impurities and make-up
  • Maintains skins hydration and moisture
  • Gently exfoliates to refine skins appearance
  • Normalises skins behavior to promote healthy skin
  • Preserves skins natural probiotic balance
Application:
There are two ways to apply Ocinium Ecdysis cleanser. You can simply cleanse your face after removing make up or use it as a mask. I like doing both.  For every day use I remove my make up first (if I have any. I try to avoid wearing make up as much as possible) and then just massage it onto damp skin with circular motions avoiding the eye area. Rinse with water afterwards. My skin feels divine. Super smooth and fresh looking. Can't forget to mention that it smells incredible. Citrus and luxury- all I have to say.
If I have more time to pamper myself (mostly on weekends) I like applying it as a mask as well. Just simply leave it for 5 min on my skin and rinse it thoroughly after. For even better results I apply Ocinium Vitamin B3 serum (another review coming very soon). Honestly, I feel like I had the best spa day even though I spent 5 min in my bathroom.
Overall:
Love love love. Insanely good quality for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend trying this out if you're looking for a perfect cleanser.

Love,
K

Overnight oats in a jar

Hi everyone!
Happy Saturday! As it's weekend yet, I decided that it is the perfect time to share another recipe for healthy breakfast. In the last couple of weeks I was struggling with breakfast ideas. What do I do when I need ideas? Pinterest obviously! So I found this overnight oats recipe and decided to try it. It went really well so I thought I'll share that with you guys! I've got 3 different ways to serve your oats- Blueberry lemon, Banana nut and Pina Colada.
To prepare your oatmeal you will need: (one portion)
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 table spoon chia seeds
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4-1/2 cup dairy milk (almond, soy, hemp or rice work too)

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar.
  2. Add less milk or more milk based on how thick you prefer you oatmeal.
  3. Shake well and refrigerate overnight.
Now it's time to start adding the toppings. Choose one of the options bellow (or create one yourself) and decorate it in any way you like.
Pina Colada
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon coconut
1 tablespoon almonds
1/4 cut pineapple
Blueberry lemon
1 tablespoon blueberry jam
1 teaspoon lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup blueberry
Banana nut
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon natural nut butter
2 tablespoons walnuts
1/2 sliced banana
Enjoy your breakfast!

Summer needs to hurry up

Hi there,
it's already November and it means that only one month left until summer starts here in Australia. I am so excited and looking forward to it. It also means that Christmas is not that far away. Which makes me very excited again but I guess I will be more confused spending my Christmas in a hot country for the first time in my life. However, I am in such a Christmassy mood now. Watching Home Alone part two today. Haha.
The weather in Sydney isn't the best atm. Past few days were very cloudy and rainy which makes me a lil bit upset as all I want to do is lie in the beach. Weather was the reason why I spent all my weekend at home just sleeping and watching movies. However, Monday will kick my ass tomorrow and I will start my early morning followed by busy but very exciting week. Classes at college- tomorrow, Melbourne Cup and Drake's concert- Tuesday and so on... I already can't wait to see Drake in couple of days- me and my friends even have special Drake outfits! Haha.
Talking about outfits, I am properly getting ready for summer so be ready to see more summery ootds. That's one of them. Hope you enjoy!

The dreamiest brunch of my life

I cannot imagine my life without brunching anymore. It's the best way to spend Sunday or any other day of the week. Last Sunday was quite dark here in Australia- raining all day. I thought that was a perfect time to brunch and try another place.
This time we (me and couple of friends of mine) tried cafe called Devon in Surry Hills. I've chosen to go for Eggs Blini which includes buckwheat blini, poached eggs, citrus cured king salmon, salmon caviar, broccolini and maltaise sauce. I also had to have an avocado on the side cause brunch without an avocado is not a brunch haha. Without a lie, that was the best brunch ever and I cannot wait to come back. I also feel quite confident to try and make some of these blini myself at home. If all goes right, I'll share the recipe here on my blog so you guys are able to taste it all over the world. :)

Perfect dress from Matilda Australia

Hi all,
Happy Saturday! I hope you're doing well. My Saturday has been very productive but that's not about that today.
Wednesday was a very special day. Matilda Australia has invited me to attend their 2017 Spring collection launch party. I was super excited as I didn't have a chance to attend any events in Australia so far. The party has been held at the New Hampton hotel in Potts Point, Sydney.
Let's start with my outfit. I was wearing 2 piece set (blouse and trousers) from Zara with not-very-high heels by H&M. I don't have any good quality pictures with my outfit but another blog post is coming very soon. Anyway, the hospitality of Matilda Australia team has been incredible. Drinks and nibbles made it even better obviously, haha. I've seen and also got to try a new collection by Australian designers such as Alice McCall, Asilio, Bec & Bridge, By Johnny, Maurie & Eve, Sass & Bide and Shona JoyMatilda Australia was very generous and gifted me one piece by my choice. I chose Asilio as my favourite brand. I obviously went for an Asilio dress which is just gorgeous.
You can shop my dress here.
I just love the dress so much that I'll probably gonna keep that for my wedding to wear it on the second day, haha!
I also must say that Matilda Australia invites everyone to use their personal styling services. 'Styled by Matilda' service gives you a  curated selection of their collection, specifically chosen for you based on your styling preferences, delivered at no cost to your home. You just need to buy a single item, or complete looks, and just return pieces you don't want free of charge.
Visit Instagram of Matilda Australia here.
Shop here.
I had a wonderful time at the event and hope I will have another chance to work together. Kisses!
