My breakfast - how to stay healthy

I'm the most lazy person in the morning. Believe me. I always choose 10 more minutes sleep instead of having a nice breakfast. But as you all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so you have to make sure you never miss it. I want to share with you guys my 3 breakfast recipes which I love. It's so easy and takes only few minutes to make it. But before you start don't forget to drink a glass of water. :)
Smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches. I used brown poppy seed bread for them but it's really up to you (try to avoid white bread). Just put your salmon on the bread, spread some cream cheese. Spice with black peppers and fresh lemon juice. My mouth is watering now just because of thinking about these sandwiches... Yummy...
This one is my favourite! Toasted brown bread with avocado and poached egg. The best breakfast ever... Mash your avocado, put on toasted slice of brown bread. Then poach an egg, spice with black peppers and fresh lime juice. If you don't know how to do the egg just search on google "how to poach an egg". Quick and easy! 
I'm not very hungry in the mornings so one of these sandwiches is enough for me. But you always can share with someone. Sharing is caring. :)
And the last is the most easy of course! Peaches with yorgurt. Perfect when you don't have time and rush to get somewhere. Also don't forget to take one peach on the go. :) You can choose any other fruit or just use what you have in your fridge. Never skip your breakfast!
