Books books books

I am a book person. And I have to thank my mum for that. When I used to go to school she was always telling me to read 20 pages of my book if I want to use the computer. That wasn't funny before. :D After a few years I started reading in the evenings before going to sleep. But not because of my mum. It was my choice. I love reading now but sometimes feels that I just don't have enough time for that. Anyway, I spend minimum 2 hours reading everyday- when I'm traveling to work, or have some free time in my college or just in bed at home.
Recently I finished 2 of my books and would like to share with you guys. You have to check it!
First one is "Hello life!" by Marcus Butler. The reason why I have got this book (and it's even signed by Marcus!) because I just love Marcus and his youtube channel. He is a famous youtuber who lives in London as well. I am interested in his and his girlfriend Niomi Smart healthy lifestyle. (Marcus' channel is here . Niomi's channel is here .) The book is full of advices about gym-free workouts, healthy food, dating, family and etc. Also I found a lot of interesting stories about his life and success. I was reading this book while I had a holidays in Ibiza and finished in two days. Totally love the "Hello life!" but I would say this book is more for teenagers, who are still looking for themselves.
Second book is sooo good that I can't stop thinking about it. "Sharp objects" by Gillian Flynn. This is the author of "Gone girl". And that's the reason why I've got this book. I loved "Gone girl" movie and book so much, so I decided to buy another book of the same author. And I love it again! Can't decide which one is better but if you like "Gone girl" you definitely will love "Sharp objects" as well. This is a bit creepy story about murders and it's so unpredictable. Until the last chapter I was trying to find out who is a killer. I also love that where are lot of thoughts of the main character Camille and just a bit of conversations. Feels like I am Camille and all these things happening to me. But I don't want to spoil you too much, so I just gonna write you a peace from the story so you can imagine what this book is about:
"It's been a while... but Camille Preaker has finaly gone home. Sent to investigate the disappearance of two little girls, Camille finds herself reluctantly installed in the family mansion, racquainting herself with her distant mother and a precocious thirteen-year-old half-sister she barely knows. Haunted by a family tragedy, troubled by the disquieting grip her young sister has on the town, Camille struggles with a familiar need to be accepted."
I think this book doesn't have movie but I hope that one day!
I hope it was interesting to you. I love these books so much, so you might love it as well! I am about 100 pages in another book already, whenever I finish- will make another review.
Thank you for coming back to my blog!
See you soon,

Autumn: contouring, make up products and accessories

Hello everyone! First I would like to apologize that I didn't post for a long time. I've been very busy at work and my college started as well! Very exciting. :) But everyone is busy, isn't it? Autumn is here... And I love this time of the year because it means that I can start contouring my face again. (On summer time I don't really do it) The contour kit which I am using at the moment is by Anastasia Beverly Hills. It goes perfectly with my sculpting brush by Real techniques. For the highlight I'm using cream to powder highlighter Soo Glow! by Essence. Got it only few weeks ago but it's my favourite already. (Now I understand why everyone is talking about this highlighter all the time :D) For my eyebrows I'm loving perfect brows kit by Tanya Burr. This stuff is absolutely amazing. It has 3 colors (pebble, chestnut and hot cocoa) for different eyebrows and a highligher (fairy cake). Also small brush is added as well which is very handy! And the last but not least are my accessories. I can't imagine my day anymore without Daniel Wellington watch which is my favourite. Most of the days I wear some rings as well. These 3 are from H&M.
Thank you for coming back to my blog! I hope it was interesting to you.
P.S. My holidays are coming in few weeks and I promise to write more. I have a lot of ideas already! :)
See you soon,

My breakfast - how to stay healthy

I'm the most lazy person in the morning. Believe me. I always choose 10 more minutes sleep instead of having a nice breakfast. But as you all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so you have to make sure you never miss it. I want to share with you guys my 3 breakfast recipes which I love. It's so easy and takes only few minutes to make it. But before you start don't forget to drink a glass of water. :)
Smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches. I used brown poppy seed bread for them but it's really up to you (try to avoid white bread). Just put your salmon on the bread, spread some cream cheese. Spice with black peppers and fresh lemon juice. My mouth is watering now just because of thinking about these sandwiches... Yummy...
This one is my favourite! Toasted brown bread with avocado and poached egg. The best breakfast ever... Mash your avocado, put on toasted slice of brown bread. Then poach an egg, spice with black peppers and fresh lime juice. If you don't know how to do the egg just search on google "how to poach an egg". Quick and easy!
I'm not very hungry in the mornings so one of these sandwiches is enough for me. But you always can share with someone. Sharing is caring. :)
And the last is the most easy of course! Peaches with yorgurt. Perfect when you don't have time and rush to get somewhere. Also don't forget to take one peach on the go. :) You can choose any other fruit or just use what you have in your fridge. Never skip your breakfast!
I hope it was helpful for you. See you soon,

Summer is gone already and I'm very sad about it... but autumn is here and that means is time for cozy sweaters, warm drinks, apple picking and long cool walks. Today I want to share with you guys my top 7 beauty products which I loved this summer. And I'm sure I will love it this autumn as well. :) I will leave all links with every single item so you can check it if you like.
Brow shaping kit by Benefit. I have in shade light even if I'm dark... :) And it's absolutely amazing! I was using it every single day no matter what make up I was wearing.
Price: £24,50
Clinique even better foundation. My favourite foundation so far. I have in shade 03 ivory. Even if I try to use my other foundations after a few days I always come back to my Clinique one. Love it so much what's why bottle is almost empty. I need to purchase it!
Price: £25,00
Maybelline New York Color Tattoo 24 hr gel- cream eyeshadow in shade 35-On and on Bronze. Love it love it love it! If you don't have time in the morning this eyeshadow is exactly what you need. It takes 5 seconds on each eye to apply it with your finger and you are ready to go! And the color is so perfect for autumn... Definitely will be my favourite again.
Price: £4,99
Maybelline New York Lash Sensational mascara in black. Before I got my eyelash extensions done this mascara was my everyday essential. I tried Clinique one as well (which is good but way more expencive) and compared with this one. No difference at all! So I prefer Maybelline Lash Sensational now.
Price: £7,99
Bronzing powder by MAC in color Golden. I don't have a lot of experience with contouring my face and this bornzer is perfect for me. Color isn't too dark so I don't need to worry if I applied too much. Just a few seconds and I'm done!
Price: £22,00
Maybelline New York Brow Drama sculpting brow mascara in color Medium brown. A few years ago I didn't even know that brow mascara is existing. Haha... And now I can't imagine my make up without it. My brows are always in place now. Well,... almost always. :)
Price: £4,99
And the last but definitely not least... Batiste Instant Hair Refresh Dry Shampoo. At the moment I have in flavour Tropical but I love every single one, no matter which flavour it is. I think it's the best my beauty discovery ever. It's been already few years while I have some problems with my skin so I can't wash my hair very often. Batiste is the best friend on these days!
Price: £4,99

Hello everyone! My name is Karolina. I'm 21. I'm lithuanian and I live in London. Hopefully some of you still remember me from my old old blogs which I used to write long time ago... I know it was shameful but I was enjoying it. :D And now I'm back again. This time I decided to do it properly but let's see how it goes. I'm not really into fashion that much so I decided to write just about my lifestyle. I love traveling, make up, good food, shopping, my friends and London. And that's basically everything what I'm gonna write about. I hope you'll like my blog and we'll find some things to discuss about.
See you soon,
